이용약관

1. 목적
본 약관은 ETF Scanner(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무 및 책임 범위를 규정합니다.
2. 정보의 성격 (투자 권유 아님)
서비스가 제공하는 모든 ETF 구성종목·비중·시세·기여도·집중도·중복 노출·시뮬레이션 결과는 투자 참고용 정보이며, 어떠한 경우에도 투자 권유나 매매 신호로 해석되지 않습니다.
운영자는 금융투자업자가 아니며, 투자자문업 또는 투자일임업을 영위하지 않습니다.
What-If(제외 시뮬레이션), 매크로 스트레스 테스트, 레버리지 손익 계산 등은 가정에 기반한 계산 결과일 뿐 미래 수익을 예측하거나 보장하지 않습니다.
3. 데이터 출처와 정확성
ETF 구성종목 및 비중은 발행사 공시, 한국거래소(KRX), 공공데이터포털 등이 공개하는 자료를 기반으로 자동 수집됩니다.
시세·등락률은 지연될 수 있으며 실시간이 아닙니다. 화면에 표시된 기준 시각(기준일·수집 시각)을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
자동 수집 과정의 특성상 일부 종목은 데이터가 누락되거나 갱신이 지연될 수 있으며, 운영자는 정보의 완전성·정확성·최신성을 보증하지 않습니다.
구성종목 상위 목록에 포함되지 않은 종목은 “기타”로 합산 표시되므로, 개별 종목 단위의 정확한 비중과는 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.
4. 책임의 제한
이용자는 본인의 판단과 책임 하에 서비스를 이용하며, 투자 결정과 그 결과는 전적으로 이용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다.
운영자는 서비스 이용 또는 정보 활용으로 발생한 투자 손익 및 직간접적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에 대해서는 관계 법령이 정하는 범위에서 책임을 부담합니다.
5. 서비스의 제공과 변경
서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 서비스의 내용·구성을 변경하거나 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
시스템 점검, 설비 장애, 데이터 공급처의 사정 등으로 서비스 제공이 일시 중단될 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전 공지가 어려울 수 있습니다.
6. 커뮤니티 이용
이용자는 게시판에 글과 댓글을 작성할 수 있으며, 작성한 내용에 대한 책임은 작성자 본인에게 있습니다.
타인의 권리를 침해하거나 명예를 훼손하는 내용, 허위 정보, 특정 종목의 매수·매도를 유도하는 시세조종성 게시물, 광고·스팸, 법령을 위반하는 내용은 금지되며, 운영자는 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다.
이용자가 공개한 포트폴리오·수익률은 이용자가 직접 입력한 값이며 운영자가 검증하지 않습니다.
7. 금지 행위
자동화된 수단을 이용한 대량 조회·복제(크롤링, 스크래핑), 서비스에 과도한 부하를 유발하는 행위, 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 금지합니다.
서비스가 제공하는 데이터를 상업적 목적으로 재배포하거나 이를 이용해 경쟁 서비스를 제공하는 행위를 금지합니다.
8. 지식재산권
서비스의 화면 구성, 분석 방법론, 설명 문구 등 운영자가 창작한 요소에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다.
ETF 구성종목·비중 등 사실 정보 자체의 권리는 각 발행사·거래소 등 원권리자에게 있으며, 서비스는 이를 공개된 범위에서 인용·가공하여 제공합니다.
각 종목명·지수명·상표는 해당 권리자의 자산입니다.
9. 광고
서비스에는 제3자 광고가 게재될 수 있으며, 광고 내용과 광고주와의 거래에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다.
10. 약관의 변경
운영자는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 게시한 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.
이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우 시행일로부터 최소 7일 전에 공지합니다.
11. 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법이 정하는 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. Purpose
These terms govern use of ETF Scanner (the “Service”), the rights and obligations of users and the operator, and the scope of liability.
2. Nature of the information (not investment advice)
All holdings, weights, prices, contribution, concentration, overlap and simulation results are reference information only, and must never be construed as investment advice or a trading signal.
The operator is not a licensed financial investment business and does not provide investment advisory or discretionary services.
What-If exclusions, macro stress tests and leverage calculations are outcomes of stated assumptions — they neither predict nor guarantee future returns.
3. Data sources and accuracy
Holdings and weights are harvested automatically from issuer disclosures, the Korea Exchange (KRX), and public open-data portals.
Prices and returns may be delayed and are not real-time. Always check the as-of date and scan time shown on screen.
Because collection is automated, some funds may have missing or stale data. The operator does not warrant completeness, accuracy or timeliness.
Holdings outside the listed top names are aggregated into “Others”, so per-name weights may differ from the fund's full composition.
4. Limitation of liability
You use the Service on your own judgment and responsibility; investment decisions and their outcomes are entirely your own.
The operator is not liable for investment gains or losses, or any direct or indirect damages, arising from use of the Service or its information.
This limitation does not exclude liability for the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence to the extent applicable law provides.
5. Provision and changes to the Service
The Service is provided free of charge. The operator may change its content or suspend it in whole or in part.
Service may be interrupted by maintenance, equipment failure, or upstream data-provider issues, sometimes without advance notice.
6. Community
You may post and comment; you are responsible for what you write.
Content that infringes others' rights or defames them, false information, posts intended to manipulate the price of a security, advertising or spam, and anything unlawful is prohibited and may be removed without prior notice.
Portfolios and returns users publish are self-reported and are not verified by the operator.
7. Prohibited conduct
Automated bulk querying or copying (crawling, scraping), generating excessive load, and interfering with normal operation are prohibited.
Redistributing the Service's data commercially, or using it to build a competing service, is prohibited.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in elements created by the operator — screen design, analytical methodology, explanatory text — belong to the operator.
Rights in the underlying factual data (holdings, weights) belong to the issuers, exchanges and other original rights holders; the Service cites and processes it within the scope in which it is publicly disclosed.
Security names, index names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
9. Advertising
The Service may display third-party ads. The operator is not responsible for ad content or for your dealings with advertisers.
10. Changes to these terms
The operator may revise these terms; revisions take effect when posted on this page.
Changes that disadvantage users are announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
